Purpose


​South Carolina Public Charter School District is committed to providing all students equal opportunity to benefit from quality, research-based educational programs and services. Our primary goal is to ensure our Multilingual Learners become proficient in English and can achieve the state academic content standards and state student academic achievement standards.  South Carolina Public Charter School District is responsible for implementing Title III of ESEA (Language Instruction for Limited English Proficient and Immigrant Students). Title III provides supplemental funding for the district’s Multilingual Learner Program and services.
